I won't lie - even though it's still sheer at three coats, I'd wear this by itself. It's this gorgeous turquoise sheer that is absolutely packed with holographic glitter pieces. It dries a little gritty, but a thick top coat will get it shiny and smooth.
Layered over a similar green, or even a matchy blue, I bet this will be even more stunning.
