Groveling aside, I had read a couple of her "glequin" posts, also known as hex glitter, and threw my money at the Internet to get a set of my own in a few colors. The day the package came in, I sat down to do a variation of what she has mastered, and I was fairly impressed with it, for a first try!
Gold Holo Glequins over Color Club Nothing But Truffle (told you I loved it)
In the shade, it almost looks black, or maybe a deep burgundy, and those babies are G-O-L-D. |

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! |
I stared at my hands all day. No lie. Both hands took maybe fifteen minutes, and I think with a little practice, I can get them fairly straight. Just pour a few out, dip a toothpick in some topcoat, coat your nail, and get to it. The possibilities are endless, so expect to see a lot of hex art in the coming weeks. I love it.
